HI, I'M JOSE.

I founded JD Estimating in 2018 to provide practical, dependable estimating support to subcontractors.

I lead our projects personally. I'm involved in the estimates, the client communication, and the decisions that shape a strong proposal. You know who's responsible for your work and who to contact when things change.

I don't do it alone. Marce, Chris, and Yareli work beside me as our estimating team. Together, we help contractors manage takeoffs, pricing, proposals, and the steady flow of bids that keep a company growing.
